1 – Registration fees for onsite participation : 110€

  • access to all the conferences
  • lunch on Thursday April 6
  • lunch on Friday April 7
  • dinner on Thursday April 6 evening
  • a certificate of attendance
  • 1 month access to all session’s recording on demand

2 – Registration fees for virtual, streamed participation: 110€

  • access to all sessions and sessions recording
  • 1 month access to all session’s recording on demand

Payment
All payments are made in euros. They can be made directly online on this website or by bank transfer (contact M&O Organisation) or by bank check payable to M&O/METASFBRAIN. Payment can also be made in cash for payments made on site.

Cancellation
Only cancellations made in writing to M&O will be considered. After March 20, 2023, the sum of €40 for application fees will be retained. All refunds will be made after the Colloquium. After March 27, 2023, no refunds will be made.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are recommended to travel with valid personal travel insurance.
